Octane Fitness, LLC will be supplying fitness equipment into David Lloyd Leisure centres across Europe under a new supply agreement.
Octane’s LateralX and xRide recumbent cross trainers will be among the products members can use as part of their training regimes.
The LateralX has a smooth, 3D motion that goes from a vertical elliptical stepping motion to an active side-to-side motion. The total-body workouts require movement in three planes, accommodating beginning exercisers to athletes.
The xRide recumbent elliptical is designed to deliver total-body training and uses Octane’s PowerStroke technology to deliver a longer elliptical motion that engages more muscles for greater conditioning.
Paul Batty, head of procurement at David Lloyd Leisure said: “We have had enthusiastic member responses to the LateralX and the xRide, and they are a great addition to our Best in Class section”.
